Check-in & Check-out

Quiet hours must be respected at all times to ensure consideration for neighbours.

Damage & Conduct
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may be charged to the lead guest.
Cleanliness
Properties are professionally cleaned before arrival.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms are as per the policy selected at the time of booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to that policy.
Safety & Liability
Guests stay at their own risk.
Rave Stays is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury during your stay.
Guest Communication
Check-in details and important information will be sent prior to arrival.
Guest support may be provided remotely to ensure prompt responses.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
